This drilling and pole erecting machine is mainly composed of a special chassis, main arm, auxiliary arm, pole
grabber, hydraulic system, electronic control system, etc. The all-terrain wheel-track integrated chassis can adapt to
field hilly and rice field construction, and can also be transferred autonomously over short distances. It has patented
guide rail spiral drilling technology and intelligent auxiliary control system, which completely solves the safety
hazards of hoisting operations and backfill ramming quality problems in traditional pole erection.
Introduction

The main arm can dig and erect poles, working accessories can be quickly replaced. Pole erection is a visual
intelligent operation. Pole erection gripper has an intelligent vertical adjustment function and a verticality monitoring
function. Operator can observe the verticality of pole through display screen, making operation simpler and safer.
The auxiliary arm is rail-type high-torque drilling design, which can achieve drilling under different height
differences. The tungsten alloy steel drill teeth have greatly improved cutting ability and wear resistance. Drill arm
has been re-optimized and upgraded to effectively improve the drilling and excavation capabilities. Advanced sensing
technology allows operators to grasp the hole depth and verticality in real time, which fully meets the distribution
network construction process and operation safety requirements.
On paved roads, tires are used for fast transfer, with a driving speed of >10Km/h. On unpaved roads, tracks are
used for off-road driving, with a climbing ability of >70%.
