90% procedures of our own brands products are finished in our workshop, so we can control strictly the quality of components and finished products. Surface color treatment is done outside but we check each batch incoming materials.

We produce most components by ourselves, started from cutting raw material, machining roughly in the first step, casting, forging, punching, heat treatment, finish machining, painting, assembling and finally packing, we will spot check for each step. Secondly, we collect all comments on our products from customers in time, then improve quality all the time.

The lead time and stock status of different product series are different. However, for tools and instruments, we have regular stocks for best-selling products. For mechanical products, we have regular accessories. So for popular products, we can provide a good delivery time if they are not customized. Customized products need to be communicated according to the order situation.

Yes, besides large machinery, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
