On July 24–25, 2025, the two-day Distribution Network Operation and Maintenance Skill Competition was successfully held in Anqing. The event was hosted by the Trade Union of State Grid Anqing Power Supply Company and organized by Anqing Hengjiang Group Co., Ltd., with a focus on enhancing core capabilities in distribution network operation and testing. A total of 12 teams and 36 contestants from county-level companies in Anqing and Hengjiang Group participated in the competition. As a key technical support partner, Probe Doctor played an active role throughout the event, providing professional equipment, expert personnel, and comprehensive services to ensure the competition’s success.

To help participants better master equipment operation and competition rules, the Tanbos Team conducted targeted pre-competition training. Covering operation procedures, safety standards, and analysis of typical fault cases, the training included both in-depth theoretical explanations and hands-on practice. This program significantly improved contestants’ knowledge and skills, laying a solid foundation for their outstanding performance in the competition.

For the competition, Tanbos provided its self-developed “Cable Partial Discharge, Withstand Voltage, and Dielectric Loss Combined Test Device” as the core testing equipment. This integrated system enables efficient and precise multi-dimensional simulation of cable insulation conditions. Prior to the event, Tanbos  dispatched specialists to the competition site for equipment inspection and calibration, ensuring flawless functionality. During the competition, contestants operated the device to comprehensively demonstrate their capabilities in cable fault diagnosis and insulation performance evaluation. The device’s stable performance and high accuracy showcased Tanbos strong expertise in the field of power testing equipment.

In addition to equipment support, Tanbos assigned senior technical experts to serve as referees for the competition. They participated in developing competition plans, preparing scoring criteria, test question banks, data recording sheets, and task assignments. During the event, relying on their solid theoretical foundation and extensive field testing experience, the judges conducted rigorous and fair evaluations of contestants’ operational compliance, data interpretation accuracy, and fault diagnostic skills. This ensured the authority and credibility of the competition results while providing strong professional support for selecting top-tier technical talents.
