On April 28, a key construction milestone was successfully completed on the Shaanxi–Anhui Ultra-High Voltage (UHV) Transmission Project in Henan Province, China. During the project, advanced stringing equipment developed by Zhengbo Technology, a subsidiary of Xianheng International, provided critical support for precision conductor installation and complex crossing operations.
The project achieved China's first large-scale construction operation involving the crossing of multiple energized UHV transmission lines, setting a new benchmark for complex overhead transmission line construction.

The Shaanxi–Anhui UHV transmission line is a major part of China's long-distance power transmission network. Stretching approximately 1,069 kilometers, the project will connect renewable energy resources in Northwest China with major electricity demand centers in Eastern China.
Once commissioned in 2026, the line is expected to transmit more than 36 billion kWh of electricity annually, with renewable energy accounting for over 50% of the delivered power.
The Henan section of the project, measuring nearly 487 kilometers, plays a critical role in connecting power generation bases with the national transmission network.

One of the most demanding phases of the project involved crossing three energized UHV transmission lines within a 34-day construction window:
These lines remained in operation throughout the construction process, supplying electricity across multiple provinces. The project team was required to complete more than 60 complex construction procedures while maintaining strict safety clearances and achieving extremely high conductor positioning accuracy.
Due to the unprecedented complexity of the work, the project presented significant technical and operational challenges.

By providing precise control throughout the stringing process, the equipment played an important role in ensuring construction safety and efficiency during the crossing operations.

The successful application of the SA-ZY-2×80 Tensioner and SA-QY-250 Puller demonstrated the reliability and performance of Zhengbo Technology's equipment under demanding field conditions.
